JOE
HARMSTON (Director)

Joe is a theatre director and producer with thirty years’ experience, leading companies of actors and organisations to create the highest quality of productions, and exercising his craft in a variety of arenas to ignite conversations.

Joe has been directing in the West End, across the UK in Reps and on tour as well as in Europe, the USA and Far East since the 1990s. He has developed close creative collaborations with writers, designers and composers, which have produced critically acclaimed work. He is valued by actors for his practical, honest and inspiring rehearsal room approach. His productions are meticulous and emotionally engaged and he is most at home with writing that shines a harsh light on the challenges inherent in human interaction.
