Richard read English at Oxford University and trained as a theatre director at RADA/King’s College London, at the National Theatre Studio and on the Regional Theatre Young Director Scheme. He is an Artistic Associate of Wilton’s Music Hall and a Fellow of the Clore Leadership Programme.
